• T510: High-temperature grade, rigid adhesive layer, maximum filling gap 0.25 mm, suitable for temperatures from –54 °C to 204 °C. It is a high‑temperature anaerobic sealant that cures when isolated from air between closely fitted metal surfaces.
Typical applications include rigid flange-face sealing on transmission and motor housings. It ensures rapid, low-pressure, instant sealing.
This product enhances the torque capacity of assembled flanges.
• T515: General-purpose, with a flexible adhesive layer, maximum filling gap of 0.25 mm, and an operating temperature range of -60°C to 150°C.
Non-shrinking, non-volatile, with exceptionally long-lasting chemical resistance, it can form flexible gaskets and offers superior performance compared to conventional materials.
Pre‑cut gaskets provide a more reliable seal. They are particularly well suited for flanged joints with flexible sealing interfaces, allowing the flanges to accommodate slight movements during operation.
